Cancellations and Refunds

We do not offer any order cancellations. Once your order is placed on the website and if you have paid for that, the action can't be reversed. The placed order can't be cancelled.

We do not offer exchange/ refund unless the product is damaged.

In case if the product you have order is damaged, we can offer exchange/ return, but only if you have an opening video (unboxing video) of the package. The exchange/ refund  request should be sent within 2 days to the day you have received the parcel.

To our best practice, we generally return the amount of the damaged product as it saves time and communication expenses (shipping expenses).
